All the ways to level up is to earn medals, follow the rules, get people to like you. Getting people to like you is the thing you need the most because if they like you they are more than likely to give you medals 🏅. but if you medal spam you would end up with you level going down, or a suspension. That is because medal 🏅 spamming is breaking the rules here are the QuestionCove Rules
