Lucaskash3r:

Could a transgender women produce babys like a born female does sense she went threw same female puberty?

Vocaloid:

A trans woman would not have a uterus, and thus would not be able to physically carry the pregnancy. She could potentially contribute sperm depending on whether she's had bottom surgery or not.

for say the transgender women had top and bottom surgery meaning full women body parts and took there pills for the female puburty meaning she has a period

Vocaloid:

I did a quick google search - uterus transplants have been done but not on biological males. so for now, I would still say no.

ILOVESPAGHETTI:

This is a small chance, but there is also some transgender women who were born with a uterus so they were able to give birth. I think you should look into this topic more!
