Tutorial:

How do you support someone who is depressed?

Tutorial:

QC feedback!

ILOVESPAGHETTI:

You can support them by interest in games or things they like to do, It seemed to boost me up. Try your best to learn their love language and be there to provide it. Finally you should really be there when they need you, because it doesn't matter how much you're around them (my experience) but the time when they need you and you aren't there, they usually start second guessing themselves.

Darfangel:

Tell an adult get them help talk them through it tell them how much they mean in this world

Tutorial:

How do you know that? Are you depressed?

If you were talking to me, yes at one point I was

Shigarakis:

Well I’m depressed myself, so u can support them by making them feel loved, let them know that ur they’re friend, talk to them abt stuff they like or u like and give them a hug :)

JamesTDG:

From experience, I did not like very energetic individuals during my depressive episodes, so I would recommend trying to be calm and reassuring around them.
