I'm not sure, may be a personal issue, as in with your computer. You could also not be putting the code in right. Can you send a screenshot of how you put it in?

I think I found the issue!! It only works when you are on light mode, not dark. 
@ultrilliam I think this is a bug, may not be but thought you should know.

yea - it appears to be applying it to the wrong z-index layer, and is instead behind the backdrop instead of in front of it - weird
