This is just a random question that ive been wondering. So, as we all know, biotic means living and nonbiotic is non living. Ok heres an example for my question. lets say theres a wooden desk. wood comes from trees, and trees are biotic. biotic is anything living or anything that was ONCE alive. So can the desk or any otehr wooden furniture be considered biotic?

axie:

It is technically nonbiotic/abiotic meaning its dead, so know they are not biotic.

QueenMidnight16:

non biotic doesnt mean dead. if something is dead its still considered biotic. non biotic just means something never lived at all
