I asked my friend @SmokeyBrown and this is what he said: "Objects are not a main feature of procedural programming. as opposed to object oriented programming (OOP), procedural programming puts a greater emphasis on functions and methods, while OOP puts a greater emphasis on objects which can represent those processes."
