I think it's different for everyone, but for me personally everyone has to move smoothly. Guitar or piano or someones voice hitting the notes perfectly inline with the beat is so satisfying.

I get attracted to music by the lyrics. If I can relate to it, it makes me comfortable. If it has a good beat, also is comfy. If It doesn't have both, one or the other, I just don't like it.
