my grandpa passed away. how do i feel better? i cant stop feeling sad and my world is crumbling down around me. i need help

look just know he isn't in pain no more i lost one of my close friends not to long ago i know how it feels and if dont mind me asking how did he die and u can help ur mom by cleaning the house for her and doing more stuff with her and what i do to make me feel better is listen to calm lofi music and relax helps i promise:)

Try getting a hobby to take your mind off these sad things for a little bit and try to think happy

Also look at what you've already achieved. Make a list of all the things you're proud of in your life, which might be getting a good mark on a recent exam, or learning to surf, or some other achievement.
