I think it is A or D, but I'm not sure- I remember the text saying something regarding to Egyptian pyramids, but I'm not sure whether it said that they were similar or not-

Ok, It can't be D, because ziggurats weren't used to store tombs. Instead, ziggurats were temples. Does this help some? :3
