Well the central idea of the text is about what a time back is. What a time bank is is where say a plumber does a job for a electrical contractor but the hair stylist can not pay the person. So what they would do is for how long the electrical contractor and the hair stylist would do is have the hair stylist go for the same time or work for the same amount of money until it is payed off for the electricaltions work. So then they would be even and the hair stylist would not have to pay.
