ok so this one you will have to plug the ordered pair into the equation the y in the ordered pair will go here (y =) and the x in the ordered pair will go here (-2/3x)

CripQUEZZ:

so itll be set up like this -5 = -2/3(4) + 8

CripQUEZZ:

then you solve for the -2/3(4) first

TETSXPREME:

2.6?

CripQUEZZ:

wait wrong formula lmao u set it up in slope point formula so itll be y + 5 = -2/3(x - 4) the formula for that is y - _ = (slope) times (x - _)

CripQUEZZ:

like that

TETSXPREME:

llooks confusing

CripQUEZZ:

its easy once u understand it u plug the (y1) or the -5 into the equation y + 5 = and since the (-5) is negative you make it positive then u plug (4) into it y + 5 = -2/3(x - 4)

CripQUEZZ:

u dont have to solve it tho you just put it in point slope form

TETSXPREME:

oh B?

CripQUEZZ:

absolutely right

TETSXPREME:

Ty

CripQUEZZ:

no problem
