Question: Do you think you have a purpose?
My answer: At a young age i felt i had a purpose but at a young age i was showed how cruel the world can be , when i hit jr high and high school i realized i don't know my purpose no more if i even have one.

We all have a purpose, the question is wht is it and some of us don't know it yet but tht doesn't mean ur useless u might find ur purpose in 60 yeas O in 10 minutes.

To begin, I think we have a good start, but we could tweak a few things to better the response. You wrote:

I think we could eliminate the second usage of the phrase "at a young age". Then, maybe change the second part to something like "As I grew older, I realized I was unsure of my purpose." If you want to keep the part about not knowing if you have a purpose, we could maybe say something like "I wasn't even sure if I had a purpose anymore. I had lost sight of who I was and what I was meant to be/to do." Something along those lines.
