whats the cause of creation to clouds? Who discovered this?
No one knows how clouds are made scientifically yes, but they have alway been around.
The process of cloud formation is well understood by science. Clouds form when water vapor condenses in the air and forms a large mass of condensed water. Now, as to who discovered this, I did some research, and it turns out it is difficult to attribute this discovery to a single person. However, the earliest I can find seems to be Aristotle, who developed a theory about cloud formation which was based on evaporation and condensation of water (in less modern terms, of course. the ancient Greeks thought the universe was made of four basic elements) in his own words: “Since water is generated from air, and air from water, why are clouds not formed in the upper air? But when the heat which was raising it leaves it, in part dispersing to the higher region, in part quenched through rising so far into the upper air, then the vapour cools because its heat is gone and because the place is cold, and condenses again and turns from air into water" Interesting question. Here are some references I used, which can help you learn more about the subject. https://www.weather.gov/source/zhu/ZHU_Training_Page/clouds/cloud_development/clouds.htm http://homepage.agrl.ethz.ch/eugsterw/publications/fog/02-Moeller-011-044.pdf
