one is a graph and one is a picture. i think thats what i dont know what exactly that means but thats what i would say

So when you look at the graph you just go 'oh well there's so much snow in december'.
But when you look at the picture, you go 'oh my gosh that's so much snow'.
The difference in how it affects your reaction is the answer
