You still can eat fast food and all that. But make sure you eat good veggies, and if you want to lose weight, then try jogging or walking, and jump roping.

well jeez but eat less carbs like,bread,noodles,and rice and also eat vegetables +there are plenty of places that send you healthy meals that are good but still healthier
