i have a stupidly energetic little brother and he stresses me out beyond belief, he is annoying. he has already given me a stress belly and im about to get an ulcer from stress. how can i manage my stress. i really cant take him anymore.

Or you can use noise canceling headphones to reduce the stress because I had sibling that gets on my nerves too and I use my noise canceling headphones and it made it all better.
