Ask your parents to shove medicine down your throat, that's what mine do. If it doesn;t seem to be helping they increase the dose.

find someone you are really close with that you can go straight to and vent to whenever something happens or if you get sad.

Everytime I've tried coping it always ended in self harm or me becoming more irritable so...

Don't hurt your self plz talk to someone about it and get help from your parents or doctor. Talk to someone, it helps most people. If you want to talk to someone im here anytime just shot me a text.
