Joe348:

Whats the difference between manslaughter and murder in a case?

5824234167:

Manslaughter is just killing someone for the heck of it. Murder is intentionally killing someone.

Madiron:

Joe348:

hisotry

Joe348:

and thxs dude

5824234167:

u welcome

Madiron:

oh i thought it was for a different class

sammixboo:

Actually, manslaughter is accidental death or not planned death, and murder is intentional and/or planned!

sammixboo:

Then manslaughter has two categories in itself: voluntary and involuntary. An example of manslaughter is accidentally killing someone in a car accident due to reckless driving or something along the lines of it. Manslaughter is usually due to some sort of negligence like that and completely preventable, but definitely more of an accident

Angieyogurll:

Manslaughter=Unintentionnal death Murder= Planned death

Vengeance:

Manslaughter is for joy or accidental... While Murder is intentionally targeting someone.
