Ok well Lifting a box is muscular fitness Swimming is cardiovascular fitness Touching one's toes is flexibility Stretching ones' arms is also flexibility Walking up stairs and running are cardiovascular fitness Doing push ups and carrying bags are muscular fitness And twisting to the side is flexibility
