bailey i have to wait six months now because I torn my muscle
Well if you have some sort of tear I would recommend you get surgery to heal it because sometimes it will heal but it does not heal correctly or into the right place like it is supposed to.

Well make sure to take medicine and drink fluids and eat. Also ice it occasionally not for very long tho. Do 10 minutes on and 10 minutes off or do 10 minutes hot 10 cold then 10 minutes off.
Yeah, take it easy and listen to your doctor. You'll have a faster and easier recovery!
