In my own opinion, I believe that the justice system is unfair for those accused of civil or criminal acts. An example is listed below
-Miranda v Arizona is a good example of unfair justice because despite the fact that he admitted to kidnapping, rape, and armed robbery they didn’t read him his right which is not fair and they’re breaking a simple law.
