Has anyone touched the bottom of the ocean if so who and where did it happen?

Alright so, I'd say this is impossible just because at parts of the ocean that ISN'T the bottom, there's literally so much water pressure if you came out the submarine, you would explode.

But here's an article about someone reaching "the deepest part of the ocean", but who's to say that is the deepest part? We'll never know:
