I think both have done good things and both have done bad things for the country. I wouldn't say either is "better" than the other. It really comes down to personal feelings in the end.

Both try desperately to change what their controlling but still fail. What can you expect?
Both of them have issues, and both of them don't seem to want to fix it. Sucks to be them. Just know their both doing nothing good as far as I've known.
