Let's put it this way.

A vaccine is what society needs right now.
Lol, one that doesn't have so many affects. One that would really help during a pandemic, or lock down. As of right now, vaccine's are there, but they aren't very much effective.

A vaccine is something that stops a sickness, such as the flu, or anything as such.

Not sure if this helps, because it's hard to put into words, but I hope it did.

im not an idiot. i described what a world wide vaccine, not what we need and what a vaccine is.
