How are you supposed to feel happy when everything makes you sad
I cry all night at the thought of him
He used to make me happy, but I lost him
I cover these memories with a white sheet
In hope that it won’t remind me of the time we shared
In hope that the tears will no longer flow
You gave me life
Now you have caused me death
Goodbye world

If this is supposed to be a poem, wonderful work. But if you are looking for actual help on depression, think of it like this. Someone hurt you and left you. Mental wounds don't heal, but other things that make you happy with ease the pain. Look for the joys of it all.

Everyone has their own taste in literature like my inspiration is and always will be Edgar Allen Poe so dark mysterious themes. But I did quite enjoy this one.
