how do you draw an ok face shape- ive struggled a lot on that and mostly on the chin part

A good way to get a good shape is to make an oval, then make a little grid over the face to know where to put the nose, eyes, and chin.

Of course I'm drawing with a trackpad, so it doesn't look nice but you get the idea.

Depending on how you want the shape to be (slim, chubby, fat, medium, etc) there are different ways but mapping it is sort of the same. Use a lot of shapes like circles and triangles and lines
