now that it's in ax^2 + bx + c form, identify what your a, b, and c values are, then calculate b^2 - 4ac

yes, just be careful about signs: b would be -10

it doesn't actually change your answer becase (-10)^2 = 10^2, but you still need to be aware of it for the future
