If it's something you can do this with, I recommend looking over it, again and again, to try and memorize whatever it is you wish to memorize

For me what i do is repeat it in my head over and over again regularly. Sometimes i even make it into a song (if its sometime like words you need to remember) (it really helps me!)

It depends what you want to remember, if its something that includes words then try my idea, if its something like a memory you want to remember then just try to think about it regularly like i said before.
