Can the Joules for Potential and Kinetic energy ever be 50/50 in a Pendulum, if so where? If not, why not?

I'm a litttle fuzzy on the details, but yes: at the top of the pendulum swing, potential energy is maximized. the further it swings down to the bottom, PE gets converted to KE. at the lowest point of the swing, the KE is maximized and the PE is 0. Naturally, there must be some halfway point where the PE = KE. I'm not 100% sure on the actual calculations, I think you set PE = KE and solve for the height? mgh = (1/2)mv^2
