Basically I've been feeling sick after eating for no reason whatsoever. And today I have a headache and earlier in class I was chilling and then I became stressed yet nothing stressful was happening. Should I let someone know about this or anything? ;-;

My guess is your having a anxiety attack. When you have a anxiety attack you could not feel good be stressed out breath heavy or very rapidly. My thing I would do would drink some water and breath in and out and do things that would make you relaxed and make you feel better.

It's difficult to say exactly what you might be experiencing, but if you feel that something is wrong, I would encourage you to tell someone who you can trust and to seek help so that you can feel better. Your health is very important, and it's good to be able to rely on others around you when you need to
