you're going to have to code it on your own if you want it to be good.
if you use weebly or squarespace or anything those are mostly informational or business, so you can't really chat on those easy.

Don't rely on only these resources though, creating a website is complicated. As the others said, creating a website on most "website-making" services are for business mostly, you will have complications using those. I would suggest a website from scratch due to your requests, as minustempo said,

I'd also recommend checking out YouTube for tutorials on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. They show you step-by-step on how to build certain websites and that could be a useful resource to help polish up your project.
