Yes, you would be right with A. The colonists were upset that there was no representation with taxation. So basically "no taxation without representation". So A is right.
well, ask yourself... which answer choice has to do with economics or "money"? You already eliminated B and D.. but choice C really has nothing to do with economics. it is more about a persons rights. Therefore A would be the better option here.
