So, based on the inequality, which I see you rewrote to make easier to understand, we're looking for a number that's larger than 2 and smaller than 4.25 Well, there's only one number among the choices that fits this condition. 3.25% is smaller than 2, so that can't be it 19/4 is larger than 17/4, so that's not the answer either 3/2 is smaller than 2, so that's not right That only leaves one option, 3.61. And indeed, 3.61 is larger than 2 and smaller than 4.25. So, it looks like we found our answer
