Hey does anyone know the answer to this? "Why does South America have a relatively low overall population densities despite having the largest population of people of the three areas of Latin America?"

NobodyKnowsAG:

See if this helps :) The first factor is climate. ... In the west, there is a tropical rainforest climate, so very few people live there, as it is too humid. The east has monsoon weather with very high rainfall throughout the year. The south has a very dry climate, which causes a winter drought.

RAiNB0WGUTZZ:

Thanks you that actually helps a lot! ^^
