I guess that's one way to think of it, sure. In this case, the output would probably be the bowl of cereal. So I guess the inputs could be the things you take in order to put that bowl of cereal together?

Grab the cereal box out of the pantry

Place the cereal box on the table.

Take a bowl out of the cabinet

Place the bowl on the table.

Pour the cereal into the bowl.

Grab the milk from the fridge.

Pour milk into the cereal bowl.

Grab a spoon from the hanging caddy

Place a spoon in the bowl.



Output:

Bowl of cereal
