Well, it's not necessarily unhealthy, and won't affect the baby but it would probably be uncomfortable and not recommended lol

Not sure. This depends on a variety of factors. How often would sexual activity be done? Would, ah--what's a word that won't get me a warning....copulation? We'll go with that. Would copulation be involved? Because for one such as myself, I consider sex to be more than just doing the deed and leaving. It's a build-up of sorts. You'd need to build the anticipation, you'd need to kiss, there would need to be foreplay, oral stimulation and then gradually increase the seduction and raise the electric atmosphere of sexual energy. And then, and only then, when one's partner is practically unable to contain themselves from the final deed, then they can move on to copulation.

So therefore, it would depend on what type of sex the two individuals are having. Is this strictly oral? Just foreplay? Or is this the entire nine yards, if you're picking up what I'm putting down.

So, I don't necessarily think it is unhealthy, depending on what the two lovers decide to do. Performing the deed may even be fine, however, I'd only recommend doing that rarely while pregnant, especially because it can be difficult for the female to be maneuvered into different positions. You also have to think about her added weight and probably take into account that she'll have less stamina.
