It's decent, but it does need work. You definitely need to change the skin color where the shadow isn't. Also about that side of the face, you forgot to redraw the eye brawl.

They're cool. I think you can experiment with the colors and shadows a bit. Also, some parts don't seem adequately rendered, so there's that too.
