Well for one I believe you cant become a mod or a amb if you've had any warnings for like 1-2 months , and also i believe you have to go to question cove recovery to make a claim then it will be overlooked an unblocked or not depending on what it was for i think.

Most of that is correct but the only thing that was really wrong was your account has to have been on good terms for 3 months and you have to have been active and a user for 6 months. Also Vocaloid is a person who you have to gain trust from and respect.
