I use pixlr to create designs and then i send them to a lady who does them pretty cheap, if you want to know more, dm me

Well Go daddy helps you create a good website but what you have to do is to have a lot of money and investors for your clothes. You would also want some company to help you but I would talk to many people who know a good company that you think would like your clothes and the way you like.
