This is very inconvenient for people in residential areas because it creates litter and property damage. As one resident put it: “At first, I did not mind that the birds were roosting up in the trees,” explained one resident, “but then I realized that my car’s paint was being damaged by the birds.” A solution to the problem is the use of pyrotechnic bullets to scare them away and wires to across rooftops to prevent the vultures from landing within the area of people's homes.
