JackX:

what do you THINK it is or is close to it

YRJ8498:

I would say \sqrt(37)

YRJ8498:

sorry i forgot no direct answers.

lifewmylilweeb:

all you have to do is find the square root of all of them

@yrj8498 wrote:

i thought it was the first one

JackX:

question is is it asking for close or exact bc 37 is some what close but is not the answer

YRJ8498:

the first one =5.83095189...

TETSXPREME:

i dont know how to find the square root of anything tbh

but you r mathlete

JackX:

just go to your standard calculator and click the square root symbol and type your number

@jackx wrote:

all of them are close but they want the answer thats the closest

lifewmylilweeb:

tet what do you think the answer is?

YRJ8498:

37 is closest because its 6.08276253 …

JackX:

mmmm i wouldnt say so

lifewmylilweeb:

@yrj8498 wrote:

no thats wrong

YRJ8498:

how/?

JackX:

cause theres an answer that is closer maybe even :exact:

lifewmylilweeb:

TET THIS WOULD BE SO MUCH EASIER IF YOU JUST TELL US WHAT YOU THINK THE ANSWER IS

lifewmylilweeb:

and he left

JackX:

i KNOW the answer but we cant give direct answers

same

Phantomdex:

Kermit said not today

bruhgetrekt:

What I think is that 34 would be wrong because the value of it is "5.8" meaning 37 would technically be closer because it came out to "6.08." Logically, 37 would be the correct answer because you wouldn't need to add or subtract as much to get the the exact number. In order to make 5.8 into 6 you'd have to add 0.2. To get 6.08 into 6 you'd have to subtract 0.08 in order to get 6. That's my theory on this problem.

TETSXPREME:

i dont know how to do square root if i told you what i think i would just guess tbh

Phantomdex:

Then what's you're guessed answer

bruhgetrekt:

I mean I basically gave you the answer AND the explanation.

Phantomdex:

You did

Phantomdex:

When you're a mathlete but don't know square roots-
