Why do you think that people prefer to have careers rather than jobs when they grow up? Why might it be more difficult to obtain a career rather than a job?

Most people like to feel dependent on themselves so instead of "wanting" a job they set a career. Setting a career is like setting your whole life unlike a job your doing basic ordinary stuff everyday people do not knowing how things are gunna go, don't get me wrong even careers don't workout sometimes but the independent people are willing to take that shot knowing their setting their own goals in life. It would most likely be more difficult to obtain a career more than a job because making a career can take years to process and build your own needs to your company unlike a job you just go in for application sign papers wait to be approved an obtain a job if approved.
