Why do you think that people prefer to have careers rather than jobs when they grow up? Why might it be more difficult to obtain a career rather than a job?

DreamingWitch:

So you know how careers are long term and jobs are usually short? People tend to prefer long term careers because you can have a more stable income, as for jobs, it's not exactly stable. This might be my own opinion, but it's harder to obtain a career than a job because it requires more skill/learning. Hope this helps!

DreamingWitch:

Simply going to work to earn a paycheck can be considered a job. Your career means that each of your jobs, experiences, and training programs leads to advancement in pay or responsibility.

YRJ8498:

Finding a job is easier because most jobs don't require experience which is good
