He then looked over at me and patted my head twice, while giving a small smile. I look up at the figure. “Why? Why me in particular?”, I asked, then looked away. He looked at me, he gave a small noise of confusion, but said nothing. “Fine, don’t answer me then, “I then quietly said, giving a huff of anger and silence.

“Don’t worry about it”, the figure said nervously, holding me in his arms and not letting me go. I struggled to get out of his arms, but he didn’t let me go. He pet me as if I was a dog, and I growled at him, smacking him with my tail in the back multiple times, but it didn’t affect him. “It’ll be fine, just do all the tasks and I might just let you go, but if you don’t…”, he started, but then stopped, and he looked at me. “If you don’t, then you become my pet..~”, he finished, then let out a long, deep purr that calmed me somehow a small bit.
