Okay so, basically ethics are moral principles that that dictate a person's behavior or thought process. This dilemma thing would probably consist of you having to make a difficult decision, like the trolley problem.
TETSXPREME:

So, you're a guy that refuses to put your feelings before others, but on this particular day you decide to put yourself first. You go to work on this day, and your boss tells you you're being promoted. Here's the problem though. In order to get the promotion, your best friend has to get fired from his position. This completely violates your moral ethics, but you're trying to make sure you keep yourself first.
Does that example help? @tetsxpreme

Yeah but it's in the rules to stay related to the topic.

Can you two keep the question on topic? you're cluttering the question and making it so that the person who needs help can't get the help he needs.

False accounting, sexual harassment, data privacy, nepotism, discrimination—these are just some of the ethical dilemmas that happen in today's workplace. Many business owners and managers will deal with ethical issues at some point in their career.
