Alphagirl:

What are advantages and disadvantages of top-down and bottom-up programming? How would you decide which one to use? Do u approach problems in real life from a bottom-up or top-down approach?

FrogGirlEmmy:

Well this one would be more of your option, If you dont know what Top-Down or Bottom-Up programming is, ill explain it for you, but this is more of your opinion, Which one you rather use, But the other part, What are the advantages and Disadvanages, gimme a sec so i can type ab that

Alphagirl:

Well im doin my friends hw so that’s why I’m askin so many questions

FrogGirlEmmy:

Top down programming is basically a way you program codes, To where a computer will follow a Certain set of instructions, But the advantages in my opinion would be, That using the Top-Down method would be easy for teamwork, exc, and you testing the system would be easier for you, and later on, you would merge those systems together rather than doing it all in one, or all together, Make sence?

FrogGirlEmmy:

The disadvantages would have to be the Fact that you have to break the system up, multible times for different parts would be very time consuming, so youd have to spend a lot of time on that, Plus, Given that Statement, You could easily make a lot of errors.

FrogGirlEmmy:

Do you know what Bottom-Up programming is Kayleigh>

SupremeCream:

Creamy

Alphagirl:

Thx emmy

FrogGirlEmmy:

That wasnt all- But do you know what Bottom-up programming is?

Alphagirl:

No

FrogGirlEmmy:

alr, Bottom-up programming is basically a software, which is a method you use, thats the opposite of the Top-Down Programming, The bottom-up programming basically programs the sub systems first, then combine the rest of the coding together, Thus you could get a bigger result program wise.

FrogGirlEmmy:

The advantages doing that would make adaptability better, unlike the Top-down programming, and if you have a company it gives everyone the same square space to program, thus making the goal better.

FrogGirlEmmy:

The disadvantages of Using Bottom-up programming is that sadly, most workers actually lack the experience to do this, so they cant do it properly, another disadvantage would be some of the workers would have different objectives, compared to other workers.

FrogGirlEmmy:

The rest of the problem is up to you, as to how you approach to the problems, or which one you rather use.
