The "Rainy Rain Forest" and "The Yellowstone National Park" both discussed the need for water in a growing environment. Use your research notes and the information from these articles to explain the importance of water in different environments. Use evidence from both texts, along with the research you conducted to support your ideas.

UkuleleGirl:

So plants need water to grow. They use photosynthesis to make their good. which is using the sun and turning that into food. A plant needs the sun and water to grow. It depends on the plant, on what it needs to survive

UkuleleGirl:

In the desert the water is very scarce so the plants have to adapt to the area, and save the water for long periods of time.

Knockout3000:

Can you read the texts?

In the yellowstone national park, has these hot springs and alot of water and the park rangers help out with the animals

Knockout3000:

OK?

UkuleleGirl:

I'm saying yellowstone is like-it has people around it visiting it. That can influence the animals living there. They will get used to people coming and going. unlike the rainy rain forest, where not as many people visit. the animals aren't as influenced. this would mean alot more things can grow and be more "wild". Yellowstone may have more water but it wont grow as much as the other one with all the people around.

UkuleleGirl:

In this case the importance of water would be growth. water is used for many reasons here. Which is: plant life, animal health.

Knockout3000:
