Hey guys! I need a second opinion on my Spanish response. I need to make sure i used proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, and word choice/sentence structure. i will post my prompt/requirements shortly; thank you for your help!

this is my prompt: sentence 1) Greet your neighbor. -Requirement: Include a greeting. sentence 2) Write one sentence in Spanish to show the first thing your neighbor must do to get to the final destination. -Requirement: Use tener + que + infinitive. and use your prepositions (e.g., a la derecha or a la izquierda). sentence 3) Write one sentence in Spanish to show him where to stop. -Requirement: Use one affirmative tú (informal) command. Use parar. sentence 4) Write one sentence in Spanish to tell the correct roads to take. -Requirement: Warn him or her what road he shouldn't take and which road he should take. Use a negative tú (informal) command to guide him or her. Use your en route vocabulary (e.g., turn, pass, cross, etc.) sentence 5) Write one sentence in Spanish to tell the exact location of the final destination. -Requirement: Start with the name of the location. Use estar + preposition to be specific. Sentence 6) Write one sentence in Spanish to let your neighbor know he has arrived at his final destination. Requirement: Use acabar + de + infinitive to be specific.

this is what i came up with: 1) Buenos días john. 2) Que llegar al banco, tienes que doblar a la derecha en la 3rd street 3) Maneja despacio cerca el cruce de calle. Debes parar frente al minimercado de la calle Citrus. 4) No doblar en la 5 avenida, seguir hasta 7th street. si doblas en la calle 5, tienes que dar la vuelta como de a dos cuadras lejos 5) el banco esta a la derecha del parque 6) ¡Acabas de llegar al banco!
