Well I can tell from experience, it's being fat, and that's all I know so far, I can get back to in a couple years with the long term affects

Well here are a few more things:
- Weight Loss
- Fatigue
- Hair Loss
- Dehydration
People might not want to ask for help because they could be embarrassed or not want anyone to know in general. But these are serious problems and people need to reach out.
