After lifting weights my left wrist hurts really bad and in some positions it hurts a lot more than other positions what should I do to reduce the pain?
Maybe not lift weights that you can barely lift or stretch before doing workouts next time. But, for your wrists maybe take pain medicine or get an ice pack
Overall just rest your wrists altogether
Ice where it is sore . It helps me after dance practice

Well my gym teacher instructs us to lift heavy things we do sets of five and then the last rep we go all out and then if we go up above 5 on the last trip we level up and add a weight
Well they're hurting now after I did the workout it was not before before I was fine
use icy hot patches it worked for my after i swung a bat too hard and hurt my wrist

dude i play highschool and college level wrestling and let me tell you putting some icy hot on where it hurts bro god dang it feels good trust me my dude icy hot was introduced to me by my friend and now i buy it every day when i run out bro trust me it works fast too
that or an ice bath to calm the muscles down

yes ice baths help essentially to calm the muscles and help them relax and regenerate faster right kind of like steroids do but its way more natural

Like people have said, ice. When my knee went dead they told me to ice and rest it (I mean for me it didn't really help since I got put in that brace, but for you it should help)
